After 4 weeks, take your after photo in similar lighting and from the same angle, then submit your before & after photos below.

Make Your Results Easy to See

For the most accurate before & after comparison:

  • Use the same lighting for both photos

  • Use the same angle and distance

  • Take photos without filters or retouching

  • Keep your full face clearly visible

  • Avoid makeup where possible

Your before photo should be taken before beginning the 4-week challenge and your after photo after completing it.
